Ty got sick on Monday night, woke up with a high fever that lasted 3 days, ended with a single episode of puke yesterday and now he's back to his happy little bouncy self.

Of course, one gets better ...
Owen woke up last night with the same symptoms so he stayed home from school, "happy" to ingest meds and play with Legos and Leapster games.

To get some needed fresh air, Ty and I went strawberry picking at
Gorman Farm, as we did last year, and we came home with a tasty bounty.

We will go back a bunch more times before the end of June so I can replenish my freezer storage (I had 5 1/2 1 gallon bags last year that lasted us the whole year but not enough to make jam). They have organic berries that are the juiciest around and they really make it easy for families to enjoy themselves ... they are family run with a brand new baby and a preschooler so they get it :)
